Why one price and not a subscription
A file transfer client does not run a service for you. It talks to servers you already pay for. Charging monthly for that never sat right with us, so DockBird is priced like the utilities of an earlier Mac era: buy it, own it, and get the updates that follow.

Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once through the Mac App Store and the licence is tied to your Apple ID, so it carries over to every Mac you sign in on.
What does the trial include?
Everything. For 7 days from first launch DockBird is fully unlocked, with no watermark and no connection limit.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple, and Apple handles refunds. Report a problem from your purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do updates cost extra?
Updates within the current major version are free. If a paid major version ever comes, existing customers will be told well ahead of time.
Is there a team or volume option?
Not yet. Apple Business Manager can buy App Store apps in volume for organisations; contact us if you need something beyond that.
